To practice in the field of soil science in the State of Alabama, you must be certified by the State Board of Registration for Professional Soil Classifiers. The Alabama Soil & Water Conservation Committee administers the application process.

Notification from Advisory council to approved applicants will be: May 24, 2024
Exam date for 2024: 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2024 held at: Alabama Soil & Water Conservation Committee Office, 100 N. Union Street, Montgomery, AL 36130.
